Confidential Site Selection

Much or most of the open space in the Parish is owned by the Meraux Foundation, a charitable group chartered to benefit St. Bernard Parish.  While significant portions of the high ground within the levees are undeveloped, the EDC staff is currently negotiating the release and subsequent listing of parcels from the Meraux Foundation and other major property owners.
